The minimum annual membership is £10 per year for an individual and £15 for a family. The new skate park will be free and open to all. However, HSPA will need to pay for insurance and maintenance so any donation above the minimum will be appreciated.
In exchange you will enjoy priority and special prices for trips and training, discounts at shops and other benefits and be part of the charity’s governing body.

Rules and Conditions for Use of the Skate Park
The Skate Park is solely for skateboards, BMX Bikes and In-line Skates. All persons use the Skate Parks at their own risk. Appropriate protective gear must be worn at all times. Young people under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Keep the place tidy and put litter in the bins provided. Please take care using the park especially when it is wet. Be courteous to other park users, be aware of others around you and wait your turn.
Disclaimer
No matter how careful the participants and the Management Committee of the Highland Skate Parks Association the risk of injury cannot be eliminated. The risk of injury includes minor injuries such as bruises and more serious injury including but not limited to broken bones, dislocations and muscle pulls. The Management Committee accept no responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused to any participant or spectator.
Media Policy
From time to time photographs, videos or film may be taken of people at the skate parks or during excursions. Members are deemed to have given their consent to use such media solely for publicity purposes.
